Russian Government OKs launchers talks with ESA

ヨーロッパ宇宙機関(ESA)は12月16日、ロシアのFradkov首相がロシア連邦宇宙庁(Roscosmos)に対して「打ち上げ用ロケットの設計・開発に関してESAとの間に協定を結ぶことを許可する」指示書にサインしたと発表しました。これによって、RoscosmosはESAとの間にSoyuzロケットのKourou宇宙センター（所在地：仏領ギアナ)からの打ち上げに関する協定を結ぶことができるようになりました。

資金面では、12月10日にKourouにSoyuzロケットの射点を建設するために必要な３億4400万について、このうちの１億2100万を欧州投資銀行から調達することでめどがついたそうです。
